All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may pay using the methods available on our site. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
8. Refund and Transfer Policy
8.1 Legal Services
Requests to cancel a legal service must be submitted before work has commenced. If no work has been performed we will return your payment in full. If services have begun fees for completed hours are non-refundable. Unused hours from a prepaid package may be transferred to another client with our written approval. 8.2 Information Products
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have downloaded less than 20 percent of the content. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Digital products are non-transferable.
8.3 Physical Goods
Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. Once we receive and inspect the return we will apply the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
9. No Refund Services
Certain expedited or one-time legal events such as court appearances scheduled within 48 hours are provided on a non-refundable basis due to resource allocation. We will inform you at the time of purchase if a service is non-refundable and explain the reason.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The updated terms will be posted on SeniorAssistPro.site. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
